Unfortunatly your system does not support our 3D editor !


Most common causes are:

  • Use of obsolete Web browsers
  • Hardware requirements are not fulfilled
  • 3D-presentation at Internet browser is not supported or deactivated

Why does my system not support the 3D-editor ?

The form.bar 3D presentation is based on WebGL. WebGL ia a technology created to feature 3D data contents on your internet browser. If WebGL is not working on your PC this may be because of your hardware, your operating system or your internet browser. Some browsers need an activation of WebGL technolgy.

What can I do to still use WebGl ?

To check if WebGL is activated and supported by your internet browser you can visit this site https://get.webgl.org/ . If your PC supports WebGL you will see the word "Yay" on that site, if not you will read the word "Nay". Additionally you can learn more about the specifications of your system on that site. Also check if your system is up to date and start with the following steps if necessary:

  1. Ensure that the latest Firefox version is installed on your system. (Official Firefox web page)


  2. Shut down all opened browser tabs und type "about:config" into the address bar of your browsers. To confirm press enter key.


  3. Scroll down the shown list till you find the record "webgl.force-enabled" and activate it by double click. If its done successfully the record is highlighted in bold.


  4. Deactivation of WebGL can be done any time at the same way.

  1. Ensure that the latest Chrome version is installed on your system (Official Chrome Web page)


  2. Shut down all opened browser tabs.


  3. Type "about:flags" into the address bar of your browser.


  4. Now a list is displayed. Scroll down till you will find the record " deactivate WebGL " and check for the selcted value. To use WebGL this record must be deactivated.


  5. Deactivation of WebGL can be done any time at the same way.

  1. Ensure that the latest Safari version is installed on your system. (Official Safari Web page)


  2. Click at configuration symbol on Safari menu bar and than choose settings.


  3. In the now opening window click the tab "Erweitert" and select the checkbox " show menu "developer" on menu bar".


  4. Now you got the record "developer" is shown on your menu bar. Click on that record.


  5. You are able to activate and also deactivate WebGL here.

  1. Ensure that the latest version of Internet Explorer is installed on your system.(Official Internet Explorer Web page)


  2. Microsoft Internet Explorer supports WebGL since version 11.0. If you use an older version of Internet Explorer you should update it to the latest version. Outdated browsers often pose a safty hazard.
