You determine the height, length, and width of your shelf online using the 3D shelf configurator. The dimensions can be precisely adjusted to your room down to the centimeter. Our design team can even create a plan to the millimeter upon request. You can personalize the layout of your furniture’s compartments by adjusting the number and position of shelves or removing segments.

Our clever plug-in system allows for quick and easy assembly and disassembly of your furniture without the use of metal connectors or tools. The precisely milled grooves ensure that the boards fit together smoothly while providing stable support for your furniture.

Choose from four types of fronts to configure closed compartments. Our doors, flaps, and drawers all feature tip-on or push-to-open mechanisms, allowing the fronts to be opened with a light touch—without handles or hand inlets. The secretary flap is a special type of front, as it not only closes a compartment but also serves as a fold-out desk surface or bar.

The logo is always placed on the outermost left vertical between the two bottom horizontals. Upon request, we can also engrave a custom inscription into your personal piece.

In the cutouts step, you can easily adapt your furniture to sloped ceilings or niches by removing board segments or overhangs at the corresponding spots. This also allows easy access to windows, sockets, or power boxes.

With the ability to adjust shelves and walls, you can design your piece even more individually. This ensures all your books and favorite items find the perfect spot in your uniquely designed shelf. It can also serve as an artistic tool to emphasize the flow of your furniture.

Our popular TV furniture particularly benefits from our versatile cable cutouts. You can add cable cutouts to back panels, floors, and walls. They measure 10x4 cm (W x H). Back panels in TV furniture automatically include cable pass-throughs, which are visualized in the configurator.

Depending on the size of your furniture, a certain number of back panels will be included. These can be inserted into compartments to provide added rigidity. The CNC-milled grooves are extremely precise, ensuring stability even before additional reinforcement. These stiffeners prevent unwanted wobbling, especially in large compartments. The back panels are made from the same material as the body and are also available with cable cutouts to power electronic devices. Fixed back panels are always included for benches and TV furniture.

Take your baseboard into account when designing your furniture. Plan a cutout for your baseboard so your furniture can sit flush against the wall. This not only looks better but also ensures a more stable setup.

At form.bar, any imaginable furniture size is possible. For lengths of 249 cm or more, the boards will be divided. This results in a visible joint where two boards meet. In some cases, a single-piece solution can be arranged upon request. We're happy to check the feasibility for you.

You have four design options for the segments of your furniture. These can be especially impactful on end walls. Besides our standard—formable plug-in overhangs—you can choose trimmed segments with custom lengths and either single or double rounding. You can also choose a finish with no overhang at all.

To organize your shelf, you can adjust the number and position of shelves and walls. If you want to add more shelves within the existing layout, you can use insert shelves. These are especially suitable behind doors or flaps. When you add an insert shelf, you get a row of holes spaced every 35 mm, starting 5 cm above the bottom horizontal.
